On August 29th, Maya turned 15, but we couldn't take birthday photos because I had pulled my back a few days earlier (while I was carrying her...). In October on our '15 years together' anniversary we made up for the missed photoshoot (with the help of my husband) ...and I'm so glad that we did, even though I really hate being in pictures.
We didn't know then that our time together was almost up...
